Yes, a divorce can be given online in Pakistan by hiring an online divorce lawyer who will process your legal case of divorce in the country.

The Special Power of Attorney which the client sends in the favor of the lawyer authorizes him to legally represent the cases of divorce on behalf of the client in their absence.

When you log in or register with this app, they ask you to put your CNIC number to obtain the divorce certificate, which clearly means that you should have already been issued the divorce certificate.
And this Pak ID is just for the issuance of the duplicate divorce certificate, provided that you have the CNIC number of the divorce certificate which was previously issued.

You can also authorize your lawyer through the Special Power of Attorney to get the divorce certificate for overseas Pakistanis attested from any embassy or ministry or consulate.

Common Mistake Regarding Online Divorce
It is a common mistake that most of the people think regarding the online divorce that there is any website where they will put all their information and then they will get the divorce certificate.
